All in the app: You can activate 30-day plans and special rates in the app, and they become active right after buying. You can purchase 30-day plans from the app menu. To buy the 24-Hour Pass or 1-Hour Pass, select a moped on the app map and tap '% special rates'.
High-Gear Plan minutes: The High-Gear Plan gives you 250 free minutes, but they're only valid for 30 days. Any minutes you don't use will expire by the end of your billing cycle. If you don't cancel the plan, you'll be billed again when the new cycle starts and receive another 250 minutes.
Cancel your plan: To cancel your plan, open the emmy app and navigate to the menu. Select "Manage plan" to cancel. Make sure to do this before the next billing cycle begins. Even after cancelling, you can still use the plan until its 30-day validity from the purchase date ends.
The 24-Hour Pass can not be ended early.
The 1-Hour Pass can not be ended early.
Change your plan: Only one plan can be active at a time. In order to change plans, first cancel your current plan and wait for it to end before purchasing a new one.
