When you start your rental or make a purchase in our app, we briefly check whether your means of payment is covered. Your means of payment will be briefly debited with €10 - but don't worry:
This amount will be debited back immediately. It is therefore not a real debit.

To ensure that your card is valid.
When will I see the money again?
The chargeback happens immediately. However, depending on the bank, it may take a few days before it is visible again in your account statement.
Is this done for every trip?
Yes, we carry out this brief check every time you start a rental or make a purchase in the app.
