In the emmy app, you can now choose between two credit packages: Mullet or Perm. Both give you more credit than you actually pay for. Here are the answers to all the questions you might have.
What are these credit packages exactly?
Two packages, one principle: You pay once and get more ride credit back than you put in. Once your credit is used up or expired, you decide whether to top up again.
Which packages are available?
- From business to party with the Mullet-Package: Pay 25 € and get 30 € in riding credit. Perfect for anyone who rides spontaneously and on the fly.
- Stay in shape for even longer with the Perm-Package: Pay 80 € and get 100 € in riding credit. The all-in-one option for regular riders.
How do I buy a package?
Open the app menu, tap "Wallet," then "Add funds". From there, just pick the style that suits you best.
Which rate does my credit apply to?
The standard rate (no saver rates).
How long is my credit valid?
The Mullet holds for 60 days. The Perm stays fresh for 80 days.
Will my credit renew automatically?
Nope. Once your package is used up or expired, nothing happens automatically. You decide if and when to top up again.
What happens to leftover credit when my package expires?
No style lasts forever: Any remaining credit will expire after 60 days (Mullet) or 80 days (Perm).
